|  what is the official name. I have a coworker (non woodworker) of mine who asked me what the process of taking a picture and creating a pattern to cut from wood is called? Is their an official name for this process? I call it pattern making.

| I don't know if there's an official name. I call it "making a pattern". Seems appropriate. BTW picture looks good, Pete.

| I guess that's what I get for working with computer geeks for the last 28 years. I'm ready to go back to Vermont. Those guys seem to think if it don't have an "acronym" it doesn't exist. I will call it "Fret Art from Refurbished Trees" or ####. Come on 2011, I'm ready to get out of here.  Yikes
