| does anybody have any touble with the Dremel 1680 i have a Dremel 1680 and i blow bulbs about every time i use the light on it and the campany keeps telling my its nothing wrong with it i tryed different kinds of bulbs and it still blows the bulbs

| Sorry Dave, I cant help you, Im not familiar with your saw.It does seem like you sure have a rough go at things, from ornament swapping, to subscription fulfillments, to your scrollsaw light bulb. I hope things start working out for you soon.Try just hanging a light over your saw, even if its just one of those $3 lamps you can buy at TSC for warming chicks, just put a regular bulb in it, and get back to enjoying scrollsawing. | I used to have problems with my craftsman blowing bulbs all the time. Then I figured out that my saw was vibrating too much and would work the bulb loose and it would blow. Check to make sure your saw isn't vibrating too much. Just a thought.

| If you are using a standard incandescent bulb, had you considered switching to something tougher like a garage door or ceiling fan bulb? They are designed for high vibration.
