Default Hanger For Rolling Pin

I recently made this rolling pin for a sister-in-laws birthday that is coming up next week and posted in it this site under a separate message . Somebody in my own site suggested that I should make a wall hanger for it because quite often a fancier rolling pin than a plain one wood variety likes to be hung on a wall and displayed rather than putting it in a drawer .

With that in mind I made a wall hanger for it yesterday and put a few coats of wipe on poly on it. It just needs a couple more coats and it will be ready to deliver. .
Here is a closeup it as viewed from off to one side.

I will drop a hint when I give it to her that my favorite pie is blueberry . . . yummm . . for her to try it out on.

W.Y.

G'day Bill,
A nice idea, but dangerous. Especially for hubby, having it close at hand

Thanks for the replies.
Here is a closeup of the keyhole slot I put on the back side of it for hanging it on a wall.

That's a neat idea Bill. That rolling pin is far too nice to hide in a drawer..
