Default Snow, Snow, Snow

Man will it ever stop. This is a pic of my backyard today, and there's more falling. I love winter, but this is RIDICULOUS. I think Mother Nature is punishing us for the great winters we've had over the last couple of years.

We got hit with a fairly big snow storm last night.

Default Lookin' out my back door

Don't feel bad Marsha....we don't have tambourines and elephants dancin' on the lawn but we have snow. Been pounding down since before dawn and still going strong. Can't even see the mountains it's snowing so hard.

Spring has sprung around here. The snow is almost all gone and I just took pictures this afternoon from my porch of a couple deer grazing just over the fence from my yard. They are quite tame and we have four come in our driveway on a regular basis. We have our dog trained to not bark at them and they get along just fine.
This guy is eating new grass that is growing up amoung last years old stubble

And this one was looking up at me wondering why I am taking pictures of them .
Our tulips are several inches out of the ground now and the trees and roses ar budding out. The roses even have some new leaves already.

Very enchanting Bill. Makes me want to take a drive and your country.

That second pic of the deer is cute Bill. We get them in our yard here too - mainly in the fall though. They feed off an old crab apple tree.

Not sure where they go in the summer but I'm happy for them not to be around then - don't want them eating my veggies and plants ..

Hey Neal, you call those hills mountains??? You may fool some of these folks, but Cottageville hasn't ever seen a mountain even in the best of wx.
