Welcome Khalid. CNC router work sounds very interesting, Specially since it is a home made machine.
Looking forward to seeing some of your work.

Really cool, what size bit are you using?
Is the router fullsize or a smaller unit like a Dremmel?

I used 12.7mm 90 deg. V-bit at 25000 RPM with 2 HP router. The working area of my table is 800mm x 700mm...
The above scenery machined at 100IPM and it took about 1hr and 30minutes...

Okay I'm an idiot, what's a CNC router?

Judging by all the wires on that thing I will assume it is a computer controlled device??
