Thank you John, campasano and lucky788scroller
Once you make a vector file in software, you can convert it into G&M codes in another software. To check whether the parts have any fault u can run the G&M code file in a simulation software.

If it run well then u have to use a software that convert those G&M codes to machine language. It is just like a Printer....what u see on the screen the same u get on the paper...

I will send some picture detailing the processs..
Best Regards

I wonder if you could make a CNC gantry that would mount on a scroll saw table and use a spiral blade?
Just food for thought.

Good to see your work, Khalid. I suspect you had as much fun designing and building your router as you now have using it.

Hey it's great that you made that thing and all, but I am getting a "Come to the Dark Side" ala Darth Vader feeling with all the CNC hubbub. Not knocking your hobby but I'd take a scroll saw or a regular shaping table anyday.

From that day i contineously improved my machine.

CNC router automatically lift high (Z-axis) when it need no cutting and it goes down where cutting required... Moreover the cutting is carried out with help of high rotation 30000 RPM of cutter.
As for as Scroll saw concerned, the blade do linear motion and u require a hole initially to pass through that blade manually. and u have to remove the blade manually to place a new pocket.

My machine can work like a scroll saw if i use smaller size bit. I cut the butterfly entirly with one single end mill cutter of 3mm size. If i use 1mm cutter i can do more intricate parts....

BTW, the capability of my machine is endless... I can mount lazer cutter on my z-axis to lazer cut the parts, i can mount High Pressure abrasive water jet nozzle to HP cut the Steel parts upto 300mm thickness... I can mount plasma cutter with THK (torch height control) to plasma cut SS and CS sheets...

Currently i am making the second router entirely of MDF except few steel components ....All mechanical parts will cut through the same router... Mean my first machine making the second one...
