Default What does, this mean?

Hi guys, I try to look at all threads, and post if I can. and there is one that says Moved Editing Post and Censorship. didn't meen to pry, but a message came up. called me buy name, and said I didn't belong there. woops. I just wonder why this is on the forum list of threads. no matter. just wondering. so I don't embaress myself again. I even look into the threads that are padlocked , just to see what was going on. I understand you can't post on them, but well being me. curosaty kills the cat. Evie

I dunno what that meant Evie, but I have a message telling me that I haven't posted in a few weeks and that I should basically become a more productive member by posting something worthwhile. This isn't really a worthwhile post, but I think I have appeased the forum God's for a few more weeks now.

Holly cow. you have 719 post. just in the last 3 years. I think that is a bunch of crap. I always enjoy your post. I do,,,Think... that if you don't post for ,,not sure,,, a year or so, you or us, need to redo are memmber ship. don't quot me, but a private pm. I never recieved one like that. Gosh is someone trying to sabatos this forum again.
I think if this was something to worry about , Bob would step in, and make it clear. or Shanon. I wouldn't listen to any other one but them. the monerators, are just memmbers , just like us.
and we do have some fine ones hear, very helpfull, and cairing. they are hear to keep spam out. not memmbers. just my oppionion. Evie
also, I don't beleive there are any rules except to be respectfull. and not use this for your private buesness. not sure. but you don't have to post any pictures, or anything to do with your progress. it is a learning and sharing forum. Bob please let us know your feeling in this. or some of us might leave, what a lost.

Relax Evie,

No one is trying to corrupt the forum.

I believe the message Rivari got was simply one Admin has set up (automatic response type thing) to help those who may not post often remember they are valued here and we would love to have them participate in the conversations and love of scrolling.

We can always check the matter over with Admin or Bob after they return to work.

I went there also out of curiousity and got the same thing. It told me I didn't belong there and also that I didn't post enough and all kinds of stuff like that. Didn't pay attention to it because I figured it didn't know what it was talking about...LOL

Toni, The only wood working I have been doing in the past two weeks is splitting and stacking birch for the wood stove, nothing picture worthy I am sure. I am back in college (night classes) so I haven't been in the woodshop as much as normal.

Didn't mean to hijack the thread, the forum god's are now pleased twice over.

Rivari, .... let's keep you talking. I miss you here.

What are you studying in night school? Feel free to PM me or start another thread, I'm sure others here miss you too and would love to hear how you're doing.

Take care
Toni

Just to clarify Evie. The moderators are here primarily to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable forum for all to enjoy and to ensure that the Bill of Rights are followed. This can be very difficult at times as none of us likes to act unilaterally and prefer instead to discuss it with each other prior to taking any type of action. As far as spam goes, we seldom have to deal with it as Rob has done an excellent job of automating the spam detection and preventing it from ever reaching the forum.
I'm not sure what message Rivari received, it must be some type of automated response.

I got a message like Rivari's one time. I hadn't been on for awhile and I was just being reminded of that fact. No biggie.
