Hi Bruce. I built the "grey squares" puzzle a while back. Pretty interesting!! I just down loaded another that looks as if I can draw a compound cut pattern for each of the six pieces and knock it out pretty quickly. The plans you show are designed by Stewart Coffin. He shows four views of each piece but they can be compound cut using only two views.

Thanks Brucio.
I really enjoyed that 6.48 minute utube video . It was both informative and comical the way you made it .

I was really surprised to see that you only used a miter box and hand saw and some glue for the whole thing.
I would probably be too lazy to cut all those pieces by hand and would probably use an electric powered miter saw.

Bruce, this is so weird, its so funny how like minds think, I have been looking at the brain tessers. and I love them. my sons get me alot of them each year. and just this year, I have been wondering how I could make some. thanks for your link, I think I will have a new scrowlling pasion this year. your friend effy, woops. just scruing with ya.
