Default The 'What's Going On' section is misleading.

If you look at the screen shot I attached it says there are 142 users composed of 29 registered users and 113 guests.

I checked the who's online section and there are in fact 29 users, but only 56 guests with the remaining 'guests' being search bot spiders (robot scripts that crawl website content).

I don't think the bots should be tallied in with the guests...it's misleading...kinda like you are trying to make me think there is more 'real' activity going on here than there actually is.

I can't imagine why administration would want this obvious 'padding' to be kept in place when it is so easy to get rid of.

I've posted about this area before. It certainly is messed up, but I have also decided to ignore it.

I had a spider in my bath tub the other day.

Thought you might like to know.

Kerry,

You must be an IT guy. I have an IT Anal-yst sharing a cubicle with me at work....and these kind of things drive him nuts. Me? If I turn it on and it works, it's a good day.

Kerry, my co-worker Danny feels your pain!

Dave, it was a big, ugly hateful spider. No laughing matter. It must have been as big as a peanut and it was scurrying round, obviously thinking, "If I can't find a fly, a human will do".

Of course, I did the only sane thing possible in the circumstances - I rang up a local real estate agent and asked him to put the house on the market immediately. He was good, though. He came round straight away to value the house. I wasn't there when he arrived - I wasn't going to hang around with a spider, so I went shopping.

When I got back, my hubby said, "Something strange happened while you were out. An estate agent came round, saying something about how we needed to sell the house urgently. I sent him away, telling him that it must have been kids hoaxing him with a prank phone call."

He paused and then said, "I wouldn't have minded, but he got me out of the bath to answer the door."
