Default Finished Christmas gifts off the lathe.....

Just finished these and thought I'd share a few pictures from my new photo set-up. Bowls are pecan (about 7/12" x 3") and 2 different walnut natural edge (both roughly 9" long, 6" wide, and 5 1/2" tall).

Beautiful bowls and excellent photography.
In the top one are you leaving the worm hole as is or do you fill that with a contrasting wood or epoxy and glitter. I have done it both ways.

Thanks W.Y.

I leave the worm holes "as is". If the bowl don't hold soup, its art and you can double the price!

G'day Bear,
Those are some magnificent pieces.
I agree with Evie, the bark trick sure adds another dimension.

Those are absolutely stunning. I owned a lathe once and never turned anything. I hate that I never took the time to learn to create such beautiful pieces like that.
