| ROFLMAO, ah I just raised my beer as that photo came up. Of course, I didn't consider it to be made from wine or water bottles.... only because the Grey Cup is starting and beer/pizza is the menu tonight for the football game.
Cheers John. Thanks for the laugh.
Take care

Paddy Hannan is credited with finding gold at Kalgoorlie. Thus the founding of the city. Hence we have Hannan Street, The Hannan Hotel, Used to have Hannan's Brewery, and have a bronze statue of him outside the Town Hall, holding a water bag which is a drinking fountain.
In 1893 Paddy and 2 mates decided to explore the Kalgoorlie area when one of the horses threw a shoe. They camped the night and the next morning had a bit of a fosic around and found a couple of nuggets. Over the next couple of days they collected over 100 oz's of gold.
Hope you find this interesting.

| John, the reason I asked is that when I'm not scrolling and the such I enjoy going to google earth and check out different place. A poor man's vacation I guess. I looked up your town and saw quite a bit--Richard aka thumbs

| Quite a tower, although perhaps a little dangerous. What a nightmare you would have if someone ran into it. How many neighbours could you startle?
