Hello scrollers, I want to make a cover for a crock pot......what kind of wood would you suggest, and what kind of finish should I use? TIA

Are you talking about the lid that goes on the crock pot? While food is cooking? I would go buy a glass one. I doubt the wood would hold up to the heat and humidity of a crock pot. Theresa |
