| Just Puttering Around Decided to do a little puttering around in the shop this afternoon .
Spotted a nice peiece of ebony that someone was so kind enough to send to me many moons ago and a little crying voice was coming from it saying me first . . me first . . me first.
Hate to hear wood cry so I cut a pen blank out of part of it and added a little rock maple and voila . . . a pen was born.
Chrome Round Top Euro with CA finish.

Very nice pen! Do you use CA to glue the Ebony and Maple together?

| Thanks all for the comments.
Yes Dave I use CA for the laminations and the CA/BLO process for the finishing. The sanding dust from the ebony is like coal dust and I was afraid of bleed over of the black into the white but I used a method that worked fine with zero bleed-over.
