| Here we go again Did I know that Cherry Tree & Wildwood Designs were the same company? Did someone tell us that, on this message board? I believe they did, but I forgot. Now once again I sit waiting for an order I placed with Cherry Tree on Oct. 13th. The website says they ship within 1 - 2 days, and that they will send emails to confirm your order.
1st email: Confirmation that they received your order (I received this email)
2nd email: Confirmation that your order is ready for shipping(nothing yet)
3rd email: Confirmation that your order is shipped(nothing yet)
I thought things had straightened themselves out at Cherry Tree/Wildwood but obviously not.
I am so angry with myself for ordering from them again, I find the waiting very frustrating. (I'm not a very patient person) I have things to make and if I don't get this order soon, they will not be ready for Christmas.
OK Rant over, thanks for listening

| Sorry to hear that Marsha. I've placed a couple recent orders with Wildwood and have had pretty good response times. I too had hoped that all their moving related problems were behind them. I've never ordered from Cherry Tree, but I do get catalogs from them. Come to think of it, I haven't gotten a Wildwood catalog in some time. I wonder if you have to specifically request them now?

| Marsha, Cherry Tree and Wildwood are both in the same building and I believe they are both owned by the same person but are 2 separate companies. They sent you an e-mail stating that they had shipped your order, I believe it is out of their hands once it is shipped. I see you live in Canada. I mailed a photo 1st class mail to a lady in BC and it took 12 days to get there. When she returned it to me it only took 5 days. Do you know if all mail especially packages have to go through customs when mailed from the States to Canada? Maybe that is what is slowing things. I know just how you feel, when I order anything I want it yesterday.

| I know about being PO'd with shipping. I had a special order to complete for yesterday...yea, short notice. I ordered and had UPS 2 day air freight. Come 7pm day two I knew there was trouble, the tracker though said it was on the truck to my house. It never showed. The next day the tracker said there is no such street address. I get UPS stuff here on a weekly basis. You would think a UPS truck would have a GPS guidance system, but I guess not. The driver didn't know where I lived, he was a substitute and so he just said there's no such place. I swear, and quite literally, my head was spinning!
