| For Sue Mey Hi Sue
Please ask your guys to go easy on Saturday. A victory by 1 point will still give them the World Cup - there's no need to shut us out by 36 points... ...again.
Gill

| Gill, I will have a chat to them ok? But they are pretty much unstoppable once they get keyed up. |

| What an extraordinary performance by Argentinia last night! What they lack in skills they definitely make up for in enthusiasm! Sorry France! |

| Yeah, but it's reassuring to know that underdogs have a chance. I just hope Argentina haven't used up all the remaining tournament underdog luck ! England will need masses of it tonight.
Do you know, I've never seen a rugby pattern for the scroll saw? If England win tonight, I can see me celebrating the event by making one. It'll probably comprise a flying pig with a red rose .

| Woohoo, WE DID IT! Gill, your guys played a tough game but in the end there can be only one winning team and we are over the moon! Rugby fever has reached an all time high in SA tonight and there are huge celebrations in swing all around the country. |

| South Africa were worthy winners . Please pass on my congratulations to the team next time next time you have a chat with them - I'm presuming it was your intervention that led to them allowing England to score this time .
Enjoy the party .

| Sue, congrats on your team's wonderful performance, and to your team, Gill for putting up such a GOOD fight!! We really enjoyed watching it - even if our ALL BLACKS weren't there!! What a disaster game our guys played when they got put out in the quarter finals - far, far earlier than expected. ![001[1]3424](http://www.scrollsawer.com/forum/images/smilies/001[1]3424.gif) Everyone over here was absolutely stunned for days at their lack of performance when it really counted. Rugby and the All Blacks are like a religion over here!!! But never mind, life goes on and we'll look forward to battling it out again for that elusive cup in 2011. Maybe with so much Kiwi spirit behind our team next time here in good old NZ they will give you guys a good run for your money. ![013[1]23](http://www.scrollsawer.com/forum/images/smilies/013[1]23.gif)

The Boks returned to SA this morning and were greeted at the airport by thousands of jubilant fans - we are VERY proud of them |
