|  Foot Switch After 20+ years of scrolling I broke down and bought a foot switch. I just went out and hooked it up, it is going to take awhile to get use to it. I can see that it will be a lot better with it. I'm use to moving my feet around and I shut off the saw every minute or so. Bob

| Bob, I use the other one that you step on to start the saw and then step on it again to stop the saw. I also have it mounted at knee heighth and just bump it with my knee. I stand while sawing.

| Foot pedals are great. If you do a lot of long cuts as well, it can be nice to have a toggle switch you can lock the saw on with as well. This requires wiring you do yourself, however, and I have explained how to do this before. Tor

| Switch I use a surge protector mounted to the front of the table that my saw is on. I also have the Mag light plugged in to it so when the saw is off the light is off also. Works for me.
