Thumbs up Great Supplier Experince

I have seen other posts where members, myself included, have knocked some companies for poor products or customer service. Since I just a great experince I wanted to share it. And no I have no connection to them.

Last week I realized I did not have enough of some hardware for the pieces I was make for a craft fair. I remember a Meisel catalog I had so I thought I would give them a try. Besides they had a couple items I had wanted to try. This was 11:00 AM Eastern time on last Thursday. The woman who took my order was extremely pleasant and helpful. She told me that my items were all in stock and would be shipped immediately. Sure enough my full and correct order was waiting for me at home on Monday. I would rate them Grade A.

There URL is: http://www.meiselwoodhobby.com/

For our Northern friends and those overseas they do say they ship to Canada and international locationx.

I've also had good dealings with them and even met Paul Meisel at a woodworking show in Chicago. Real nice guy.

I too have to give them Kudos. I do not buy many patterns but I have purchased from them and was very satisfied.

I have also had excellent service from them.
I bought a bunch of lamp hardware from them a few years back when I was making some fretwork lamps and they had exactly what I was looking for.
The lamps didn't sell worth a hoot and I finally got rid of them below my cost but that wasn't their fault. I will be making some turned lamps on my lathe hopefully in the near future and I will call on them again for good service for more lamp hardware. Some of those good old hardware stores like Meisel are way better than the big box stores.
