|  Private Messaging Hi Folks, Is anyone else having problems with their Private Messaging? I"m having problems with mine. I'm able to send messages, but I can't receive any. BobD's looked at my profile to see what could be the cause, but we can't find anything. This situation has lasted a couple of weeks now and I'm finding it a bit annoying. I know a couple of members have tried to send PM's to me, because they sent emails inquireing about the PM's I didn't respong to. Could it be a blocker on my computer? How would I find out? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA Marsha |

| Yes, I had the same problem. Hi Marsha, I had trouble with my PM for a while, a few weeks ago. It was not sending or receiving the PM e-mails. The "webmaster" did worked on it, he finally thought it was because I had two names that stil wasl listed because of a past problem. I think, Ron delete both of them, and used the MacS name now. Since then it has been working fine. It can be very annoying, but it happens, I hope they find your problem real soon and get it working. It was a good idea that you posted your problem. |

| I get PM's too infrequently to suggest I also have that problem. I did, however, PM Bob yesterday and haven't gotten a response. Could be he's just busy.

| Marsha I sent a message to you, BobD and Rob tonight. I have gone on the moderators panel and seen that there are two Marsha names listed. One has a space after the name. Before I change one of them I want to make sure you get the message. This sounds like the problem Mac explained in this thread.

| Carl, At the time I was having the problem, you were one of the forum members I had PM, that never answered because you and the others never got the messages. It took a while before I even knew something was wrong. I hope my two names will also help others. |

 | Funny you brought this up Marsha. About a month ago I PMed you Marsha regarding some clock inserts, and didnt get a response, and with so much going on I forgot about it. So, I would guess your PMs havent been working for about 3 weeks to a month at least. Ill check to see if I saved a copy, that will show a date of when that was.I sent it to the same Marsha I sent messages to in the past, so I'm sure I sent it to the right person. Dale |

| There does seem to be 3 Marshas in the member list. I know that I am Marsha Senior Member, and I'm probably the Marsha Rice because that is my last name, although I do not remember joining the forum before last May, 06. The other Marsha, I don't know who that is. Carl, I never received your PM, Dale, I never received your PM either, but you''re right it seems to me this has been going on for 3 - 4 weeks. I can't say exactly when I sent the first PM that I didn't get a response to, because BobD deleted them all in an effort to determine what could be wrong. The PM was to Gill, maybe she could chime in and let me know when I sent it to her. Thanks for trying to figure this out. Marsha
