| All good things must end After a very restful and productive month, I am once again employed
I found a customer service/manager trainee position that pays well ( salary plus overtime ) and has a good solid Mon-Fri schedule. I will also be training to take over the branch as manager within the year . I have this in writing and is part of the offer
The best part ........it is 5 miles from my house ! ![051[1]433](http://www.scrollsawer.com/forum/images/smilies/051[1]433.gif)
I was driving 30 miles each way before
A golden opportunity right out here in the middle of nowhere. I am very grateful for the good fortune and looking forward to starting on Monday
Leaving my old job was a good move and I really appreciate the support of everyone here
... You guys rock ! ![013[1]](http://www.scrollsawer.com/forum/images/smilies/013[1].gif)

| That's great. What kind of company is it? Branch manager sounds like a bank..if so, can you send me some hundred dollar bill samples?

| Jeff, it's a large concrete block, brick and aggregate company, with a branch right here in my hometown
Branch Manager is the title but it is more of an Operations Manager function ....just like my last job
I could send ya a couple of bricks if that might help

| Glad to hear it Robert. I remember many months ago how you mentioned to me that your job was getting you down. I'm happy for you. Good luck with the new career. I'm sure you deserve it. |

| Great about the job Robert. Hubby work for a landscaping company and they lay down unistones and blocks and all that stuff. I've heard about the different jobs every day for the last many years. If you want to brag about the job we are great listeners.
I can see from the post that you are very happy about it.

| Hey Brother, Glad things are working out for you. Any time you need to vent and let off steam. Give us a holler my friend. Don't let the stress build up. You do seem a lot jollier now. Keep the good spirits. Steve |
