Default Charleston Fire Dept.

Wanna send a shout out and love to my brothers in the Charleston Fire Dept. who lost nine this past Monday. They're an hour away from me but alot closer than that because they're brothers nonetheless. All of us in Fire/EMS feel the loss when brothers are lost in the line of duty. Keep the rest of their station brothers in your prayers and thoughts so maybe it'll help'em out and they know we'll never forget, never.

That was on the news here too Capt - what a horrendous incident. My thoughts are with all those affected by the tragedy.

What a terrible loss! They deserve a memorial of sorts. These are the guys rushing into the flames while we are trying to rush out!

My daughter and I can relate to the feelings because she was in New York on 9-11 and had gone out drinking with her boyfriend the night before. He got the call in the morning and was one of the firemen that never came out of the towers.
My sympathies to the families of the lost firemen.
Diane

As a retired firefighter my wife and I feel the loss of our brothers whenever and where ever it happens. It is a sad fact that some must risk all for the saftey of others. Larry
