Default I need hardware

I've been making some scrolled picture frames and now looking for hardware. Does anyone know where to find turn buttons and those little hinges that only open about 30 degrees for the prop in the back? Only need to open to free stand the frames. I've checked all the hardware stores, craft stores and framing houses around and can't find anywhere. One frame shop gave me a bunch of turn buttons ( those little things that hold the back against the glass but move so you can change the photo in the frame) but coming up empty on more and the hinges. Would appreciate any advice available.

Scott:

Since no one else has replied:

Are you sure that the hinge is the limiting factor in the opening of the frame brace (prop?) The ones I looked at around my house, I didn't see that the hinge was what limited the opening to 30 degrees.

On one frame, it looked to me like the hinge was placed just a small amount from the end of the brace, and the limit was the interaction of the brace to the photo backer. IMHO, the closer to the end of the bracket the hinge is mounted the wider the angle of opening. You can calculate this angle with sines and cosines trigonometry, but trial and error may be faster.

On two others, the limit was provided by a short, but narrow, length of fabric that attached the brace to the photo backer.

I suspect that a short length of 'hook and loop' fabric about 1/4 inch or 3.8 inch wide would do the job. Just glue the "hooks" to the backer and the brace, and cut a short length of the loop ribbon so the end user can adjust the angle themselves.
