| A few pictures from the trip... .....for those that are interested.
Pic one is in Alaska, withing 100 miles of Canada border. HPIM1290 (600 x 448).jpg
Pic 2 is the frost heave section southeast of Beaver Creek, Yukon Territory. HPIM1297 (600 x 450).jpg
Pic 3 is the truck and trailer. I had a 24"tall plywood box in the bed, filled with all my tools. HPIM1301 (600 x 448).jpg
Pic 4 is some of the local color along side the road. Don't know why it made me think of Carl, Jedi, and Lucky788????? HPIM1315 (600 x 363).jpg
More to come in the next few days. Hope you enjoy! |

| That frost heave pic.....the Canadian solution is to just post a bump sign and move on. It will be covered in snow again soon enough.

| Weather turned to hail, thunder, lightening, and rain (complete with tornado warnings) so thought I'd post a few more pics!
Pic 5 is a hill near the Yukon Territory/British Columbia border..... HPIM1302 (600 x 429).jpg
Pic 6 - highway is getting better....this is close to where I saw all the buffalo, about 60 miles out of Watson Lake. HPIM1303 (600 x 448).jpg
Pic 7 - A BIG boy! He'd fill up a freezer or two! HPIM1313 (600 x 506).jpg
Pic 8 - I must have seen 100 Stone sheep along side the road. This was taken out the passenger window of my truck! HPIM1322 (600 x 497).jpg
....and here's one from about an hour or so ago....doesn't get much better than this! HPIM1339 (600 x 448).jpg |
