Default Letter of complaint

If anyone is in need of a laugh this morning, have a look at this, supposedly genuine , etter of complaint to Continental Airlines. I ust had tears of laughter running down my face - this guy certainly deserved compensation IMO ..

Ian, how did you find that? I think that was the funniest thing I ever read! Thanks for sharing and hopefully Kevin isn't assigned to that seat. But, if you are, Kevin, you MUST tell us your experience!

Verona (Brescia), Italy for 3 days and Versailles, France for a couple of days. On the way over I stop in the UK and will be waving to Gill on the way by, hehehe.

I wonder if it's too late to upgrade.....
