Default Wish me luck

The time has finally arrived ......this chick is leaving the nest. I am doing my very first show tommorrow It is an arts and crafts show in my hometown and I am nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs One good thing is that I will be the only scroller there amongst 35 vendors and by signing up early I got a prime location inside near the heart of the event . The Woman's Club is sponsoring it. They are having a silent auction as well and I have donated a portrait to that. It is a perfect entry-level opportunity for me and I am going in with zero expectations and with a great deal of excitement.
I would never be here without the support and encouragement of the members of this forum. Some of you have also helped me with some of the logistics, preperations and rookie questions concerning the event ( you know who you are ) so to all of you I just want to say and wish me luck

Way to go! Alright! You'll do great!

(I am however slightly disturbed that you called yourself a "chick.")

Good luck Robert! Be sure to let us know how you made out. My first isn't till May 5th. (and it's a car show/ craft show) but that's good...I need to buildup my inventory. Not sure wheter to lean toward the wives who don't want to be there or the guys and gals with their vehicles. I'll be taking the Model A to be judged and also to attract folks to the crafts.

ROTFL at that expression, Robert - I love it!

The very best of luck to you - you've been producing some really nice work - and great patterns - from what I've seen posted on here and I'm sure you'll get some sales.

Let us know how you do.

(Mmm ... now if you'd just had the foresight to order a lucky Bigfoot in a Box from me you'd have been SURE to do well .....)

GOOD LUCK!

Not that you'll need it. You've certainly proved to us that you have the necessary talent and you seem to have the people skills too. You probably won't need to be a good salesman because your products should sell themselves. I'll anxiously be awaiting results.
