Default Another One

'Tis that time of year. My first show is on March 31, so I'm busy cranking out as many new things as I can in between top sellers, custom orders and clocks.
This one's entitled Mom and Me. It's cut at 11 X 14, contains 626 cuts and took me 9 hours. I cheated on the frame though . I was in Michael's picking up felt backers and they had these on sale for 50% off. I was curious how it would look in it. I'm still undecided.

Kevi, I don't know what it is about putting holes in wood, but I think you might want to seek professional help. Geez, that was fast, less than a minute per hole. Do you stack these?

The frame is a good choice, couldn't think of one that would look better.

Kevin, you are speedy. Dang, it looks good. I'm not sure about the frame either. It's a little too busy for my taste. If the cutting was simple, that would be different. In this case, the cutting is very busy so I think I would opt for a simpler frame. You don't want the frame to steal the glory.

What a purrrfect cutting! IMHO, mat it into a larger, simpler frame.

looks nice. I to think a slightly larger frame, a little lighter in color, and not quite as wide. I agree though, with that much detail, you SHOULD splurge on a nice frame for it! Dale

Nice job Jedi! I'll bid $20 (j/k)

While not too crazy about the frame, I'd think about offerring it for less than your normal framed ones. Read an article in a different mag about a REALLY GOOD scroller who has different prices for his work with the frame being the difference. Basic frame is the lowest priced, matted/custom framed the highest. My opinion is this would be the "lowest priced".......
