| My Latest (Thanks for the wood Barry!) Barry was nice enough to send me a beautiful piece of ash (here we go with the ash jokes ).
I found this little bobcat hiding inside.
This was somewhat challenging as I cut it at about 6" X 7". It contained 199 cuts and took me about 4 hours to do.

| Nice job Kevin, it really changes the presentation when cut from a plank like that with the bark on it. What is the thickness on that? Not enough holes for Dale though. Steve |

| Thanks Steve. It's 3/8" thick.
Oh, btw, Barry was really worried that I might let a spiral blade touch the wood. Not to worry Barry, I cut it with a 2/0 Flat bade, hehehe.

| I know your expecting at least one so here it is.
Good thing you didn't find your own portrait in that wood. You would have to make an ash of yourself. (Lame, I know but it's late and I'm tired.)
Oh, nice cutting, by the way. |

| I'll pass on the ash jokes this time.......
GREAT JOB, is all I can say Jedi! I thought it would look nice based on the "preview" you gave me, but I must say it looks even better on that plank piece. What'd you finish it with? P.S. I never doubted you'd use flat blades........ |

| Thanks for the kind words all.
BTW Barry, I do apologize for cutting up the ash but I couldn't get my original idea to work on it.
