| Another Kitty box I used a kitty design to make a rectangular storage box with 'finger grips' instead of handles. MDF painted, with 'portrait' technique side panels.

| Nice job on the box. I like the cat on the piano pattern, you design that one, or buy it somewhere?

| Very nice Sue. What are its dimensions? It looks to be fairly large.

| What a fabulous piece of work, Sue . I'm into doggies rather than cats, but your box patterns are absolutely delightful! It's great to see somebody else exploiting the scrollsaw-friendly properties of MDF too. The finish looks pretty good from the photograph, so I take it that you're no longer experiencing problems?

| Gill, I've reverted to spray paint since I have not yet found the correct sealer/undercoat for hand-painting. Spray paint limits one as far as colours are concerned, but it does give a nice finish, especially on the inside cut surfaces. It just takes patience...slowly building up with thin layers of spray to get to a smooth, solid finish
I'll do a doggie sometime...just for you

| Looks like a toy box, to me. Whatever you use it for Sue, we'll never know. Anyway, nice looking box.
I envy you people who can come with ideas like this. I come up with ideas, but nobody likes mine. |
