Default 1960 Model Cessna 172

Patterns :: Cessna 172 Vintage 1960 picture by okiearkie - Photobucket

I hope someone can use this pattern of one of the most classic private air planes of all time.

I'm going to cut out this pattern for a fellow to give to his Dad for his birthday. This just happens to be the plane that his dad owned back in 1960.

I told him that I was not a pro pattern maker, but that I usually shared my patterns with my fellow scrollers. So with his blessings, here is my meager rendition of a 1960 Cessna 172.

By the way, yes, I do know that the prop and the nose cone are floaters. Cut this section out as a floater and then glue it back to the backer.
