Hi Dave,
I think you're going to have a difficult time finding patterns like that. The Transformer images are copyrighted...and it would be illegal for someone to turn the images into a pattern for you.

If your son has some transformer coloring books, that may be a good place to start.

Here are some stickers you might like: http://www.amazon.com/Transformers-S.../dp/B000UAQKQI

I have cut out cool backgrounds and put stickers on them for a kid's room before (my kid is a Godzillamaniac). It's even more fun if the kid can draw their own backgrounds. We used styrofoam and cardboard at the time but I could see using a big wooden shadowbox type of deal. It's not exactly what you wanted but I hope it helps!

I don't know what to tell you. Copyrighted images are copyrighted images, period. None of the pattern makers in here, myself included will touch a copyrighted image and turn it into a pattern. If you take the coloring book idea and use that to make your own pattern, yes it's Illegal as well, but if you never give that pattern away, or sell the finished work, I'm sure they won't come looking for you. Use your own discretion on this one, I for one won't touch it!

I agree with Muzzleloader. Their not going to come looking for little guys making personal use items. I'd suggest taking pictures of his collection and using them to make a pattern. It might be more enjoyable for him if he knew his toys were the models!

Hay Dave, one of the things you could do , is try to get in contack with that cariter. or cariter maker. and ask him ?them, if you could make a pattern, or have it made by a pattern maker. to cut out of wood. some times, they will say ya. or something differant. but its always better to ask. who knows. maybe they will say yes, and enclued them in your profits.(advertising thing ) its not, always a not do thing. sometimes, you can just look them up on the internet, and ask. hope this helped.
