Hi Jim - make sure you are abiding to the limitation for uploading avatars

No more than 80 pixels by 80 pixels size and a maximum file size of 19.5 KB

If that doesn't work email me the file and I'll see if i can load it to my avatar - only temporary of course - I don't want folks getting us Jim's mixed up!

Must be because in your previous avatar photo your face was so close to the camera you BROKE it, so now the file won't load

Hi again Jim
- ok pal - I've done some tests and the problem is with the forum since I also can't load images I've previously used.

When I tried to upload a .gif file I got a message saying the extension wasn't correct, when i tried a jpg I got a message saying unable to save file

I've reported this to BobD to see if he can chase the forum admin to sort this out

Cheers

Unfortunately, this is a glitch we're having. I've asked our IT guy to look into it.

Best Regards,
