Was reviewing some of my posts. Most of my attachments have been deleted. What is going on? Chase

Can you point us in the direction of which post/thread you are referring too?

Hi Chase, I'll have to check into that. How do you attach the files to get them into the middle of the thread like that? When I attach files, they show up at the end of the post. Bob

Your posts, such as the one in this thread The 12 Days of Christmas have the attachments show up in the middle of the text. When I attach a file it shows up below (as you can see).

Its sort of disappointing, particularly the tutorials. A lot of thought and effort went into all posts with attachments (pics). On the other hand, a tutorial called Dressing the Blade-08-20-2008 was ok. I'm puzzled. Chase

Bob, to get the pics integrated in the text, add the attachment then do your typing between the attachment text. Chase

So you use the attachment function under "Additional Options" as shown below? or do you attach a link to the files that have been uploaded to the scroller galleries. The error message you are getting only happens if the URL of the original image file changes. We're shifting over to the new website, and some of the urls are changing. If the file is directly attached to the post (ie: uploaded to the post rather than linked to a previous upload) the file stays attached through the move. If you link to a previous upload, and the url changes, you'll get an error message.
