    Dan I will try to post a picture of the jig I made in the works in progress section. The angle is 45 deg. and you need a mirror image to get the left and right wings oriented for proper rotation. I am still learning how to navigate all the things on this forum and aploguise for the delay to your inquiry.

    I seen your whirly gigs and they look fantastic!! I have a question about the wing angle block, the block the wings get inserted to, what angle are those and how do you make the blocks, all help is well appreciated, Thankyou, Dan
