    Hi Janette,

Long time no type. I have been in the shop a bit more lately so things are progressing. Hope you and yours are doing well. Fur kids behaving themselves?
Just thought I would drop you a note and say hi.

    Hello Janette!
Here's another one sincere compliment ... Very Beautiful intarsia work!

Janette! I will give Intarsia a try. I have been waiting for just such a project, and you have been most kind.

Thank you Janette for your reply for a pattern for an English Mastif. Not what I was looking for at the time but I would like to try it. Your work is wonderful. Thanks again.

Janette, I know that you and Bruce both use a lot of blue pine. Where is it readily available? I am in Texas and about the only blue pine we see around here is on fence boards and that is pretty pitiful.

Hi all,

Well, I've been deliberating the expense of a new scroll saw for awhile now. Went to the Grizzly site and they seem to have the best price so I sent my mom my "wish list" and she said she'd send me the bucks for a saw

We were out and about yesterday and I popped into our local Home Improvement store and saw the price had gone up considerably. (Was $459 - now $549) YIKES!! I started talking to the guy and he said DeWalt had raised their prices

Well, the day finally came yesterday when I was "let go" from our local Woodcraft store. I saw it coming a mile away and figured I'd just wait for them to say something. Kevin and I are both home all day together and so far we haven't killed each other More time for scrolling.

In a couple...

If anyone is going to be in the area - and you like Oktoberfest festivities, be sure to come to Mt. Angel's Oktoberfest. It runs from Sept. 17th thru 20th. We'll be there peddling our wares. Hope to see some of you!
