Hi Harry - got your message. next time you might find it easier to contact me by private message. To give you a quick answer go the the Scroll saw section of the forum and look under Intarsia and Segmentation. Take a look at the Sticky threads at the top of the screen and in particular at the Frog, Nuthatch and Toucan challenges. You'll find lots of info there. In my recent toucan chllenge there is also a tutorial which show how I made this fairly simple piece. i little later i'll send you a private message to give you some more ideas where to look
