I just read your post about the excalibur saw and how you had a porter cable. I bought a brand new porter cable a few weeks ago and it is, for the lack of a better description, falling apart. I am thinking about taking it back and going for the EX-16. Any complaints about it or any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I'm a little late on this, but wanted to get the second formula right before getting this to you. You can still add a "kerf" correction degree to the result per Carols' suggestion. It is simple, but hopefully helpful.
