Default Pink Lemonade

Not really a joke, but worthy of a chuckle.

My 9-y-old daughter and I were enjoying some pink lemonade on the front porch yesterday. She asked me, in all seriousness, where pink lemons come from.

The kid's an Honor Roll student, but school can't teach you everything, I guess! We had a laugh, and then I told her that's why I love her so much.

Default Another lemonade note

My uncle was on a ship in the Pacific during WW2. One day the cook had some lemonade. He complemented the cook on how well it tasted and he really like the pulp. The cook said it wasn't pulp, but sawdust.

Sawdust was used to keep ice cold.

I imagine it's high in fiber as well. Always good to maintain regularity on the seas!
