Default Pomeranian

I made this dog for a friend of mine that lost one of these Poms a while back.

The pattern is by Judy Gale Roberts. I used Quilted Maple, Peruvian Walnut, Aspen and Bloodwood.

Awwww! I really like how you placed the wood grain to look like fur. So cute - and very nice on the finishing!

Great work - the grain looks like the fur. One happy lil' fella.

Thanks for all the nice replies. This is the first time that I used a wire brush for the fur. I roughed it up with the wire brush, finished it to raise the gran and than used a flap sander to smooth it out a little.

Nice job! The use of grain and the wire brush for fur is spot on.

Nice work, I like the idea of using a wire brush or wheel for fine fur.
