Default Ryan's First Project

My grandson, Ryan, who's visiting this week spent some time in the shop with me and made his very first segmentation project. He made a lot of small scraps from big ones and then learned to sand them into shape before he cut this dolphin. He did most of the work himself.

Jan, tell Ryan he did a really nice job on his project, and that he sure has a great teacher.

Congratulations to both of you for a job well done!

Good job - Ryan. Keep working with him, Jan - he be an asset to the craft someday.

You must have good intarsia genes in your family.

What a pleasure to see a kid interested in something besides computer games! He did a super job on a first project. I'm sure we're all hoping to see a second and a third!
