Default Bluebird's fruity magnets

Thanks, Henri for the patterns. I used yellowheart, poplar and walnut for the banana. Bloodwood, walnut and poplar for the apple. Canary wood, walnut and poplar for the pear. And last but not least a lot of cuss words for the grapes. I was about ready to trade in the pattern for some cherries, or something. They are purple heart, walnut and poplar.
Now I may have to make a couple more sets for a family reunion as door prizes.
Fran

Very nice job Fran. Your family will love them if you do more sets.

Oh Fran they are adorable and so realistic!! I wish I could get out to the shop, but haven't been able to lately!! When I do the fruity magnets are on the top of the list, along with the toucan, the gun, a baby bank..... (sigh)

Fran, you did a great job on them! You reacted like me on the grapes... many times I thought about calling my sister law to convince her that a pair of cherries would look good too, instead of those grapes! LOL After finishing the project, I was glad she asked for grapes. I like them a lot and may even decide to make some as gifts for Christmas!

Henri, I couldn't tell from your picture, but did you cut the grapes segmentation style? I didn't, but next time I may try it unless the purple heart turns out to be too hard. The others were no problem. I think I will make a little worm coming out of the apple for my not-favorite friend. lol

Oh yes I did cut them as segmentation! It was hard enough to number them and keep them in the spot they belong, especially the round ones! I also put a shim under the top ones (about 5 or 6 of them) to provide a little more volume.

Have a great day
"Henri"
