|  Western Red Cedar I have heard alot of folks mention western red cedar as their primary wood for intarsia and segmentation. My question is where do you buy it? Is it unique to Calif? I am somewhat limited to mail order so what are your sources? Inquiring minds want to know. Chase

| I use a lot of it. Here in the Pacific Nothwest it is a common building lumber. I get mine from local lumber yards. Luckily we have a yard that only carries WRC and they let me pick through it because i am willing to take knotty boards that have a interesting grain. As a aside most of the WRC no days comes down from British Columbia. |
