| Gadget 2 Another handy thing I threw together today.
I'm always chasing sticks to stir my paints and the other day I had an off cut, from a piece of ply about 19mm wide and 2400mm long so I broke it into lengths to use as Stirrers.
Now once I've stirred the paint, where do I rest the stick ?????
So, having a rush of blood to the head I grabbed a piece of poly tube that was laying around, knocked off about 10" and made up this.
No more looking for sticks and some where to put them while I'm using them and or waiting for them to dry. |

| I think you should take Rolf's advice and market them, but of course now that you've shown everybody someone just may beat you to it. Bummer!

I wear a fisherman's smock to work in and just wipe everything down the front of it. If I used your device, my smock wouldn't be half as pretty!!! Great idea for those who like to stay clean!!!

Sue | Sue, You should see my work shorts and shirts LOL.
I think they are every colour, but the original.
A quick funny story.
A few years ago I was in town and had some time to kill, and there was a little old lady in one of the chemists reading palms for $5.00.
I had a fiver in my pocket and thought "what the hell, I've never had this done before".
Well I sat down and she took my hand, and without a word of a lie this is what she said, or words to this effect.
"You work with your hands, are very skilled and love bright colours. I also see some accidents that have occurred in your past". ROFL
I had my work clothes on, my hand had paint spots on it, and my right thumb has a about a 1/2" missing from the end. |

| A smock? that would be cheating, I wear new clothes when painting or working on my trucks. But in my defence I do relize that I should have changed clothes after the first spot or tear. Heather hides my new clothes, and that saves me from wrath. lol.
