The drawback might not be postage, might be the post office making splinters of them!

Super Christmas cards. Really a novel idea and great craftsmanship. They really look good. Did you also do the art work as far as coming up with each picture? You are a true talent and doubly so drawing the pictures yourself.

Jerry, mine hasn't arrived yet. Are you certain you have my address correct? Shall I send it again? I hope you sent me #1, but I'll be thrilled with any of them.
Many thanks.

Sorry Nancy_G, I didn't have enough time to make one for everyone. Hey, maybe next year we can get everyone on the board to do an exchange of them. Carver6, a couple of the patterns I put together from clipart I had, and the others are from carvingpatterns.com. I wish I had, had the idea about a month ago so I could have gotten more of them done. I think I will try something along the same lines for Valentines day. I may try doing some inlay work with them also. It all worked out kind of interesting and fun. I was sitting outside working on them and a couple of the kids from down the street came by and wanted to learn how to make them. I helped them make simple versions to give to their mom's for Christmas. One young girl came back a few times wanting to learn more. Maybe a new carver in the making.

Jerry ~sigh~ I guess I can wait until next year to get one. Those are well worth waiting for.
Wish I'd thought of that.

Jerry,
I love the cards. What a unique idea. Would you put us on your Christmas Card list for next year? Huh? Pretty Please?

Tell us more about them...what kind of wood, how thick, what's the dimensions? Like you, I can see these wooden greeting cards for every holiday...kinda like chocolate ones!

Thanks for the inspiration.
