Thanks Donna, Your comments always mean a lot to us. Coming from such a great carver as yourself, it makes us feel real good! The ideas stay in the back of my head for years sometimes, until I can get Curtis inspired to carve it.. He usually comes through for me in time, if I keep pressing..lol

Outstamding piece as all of Curtis's are and you equally in your painting and antiqueing of each carving. My painted carving leave a lot to desire but I am inspired by all of the great painted carvings. Always enjoy seeing Crutis's and your carving pieces.

Very nice piece! Your Santa's are always just fantastic! You should be very proud of your work. It's some of the best I've seen. Seeing such an awsome, detailed Santa sure gives me added inspiration to get better.

Thanks everyone for the compliments, I really appreciate them. I'd gladly post some pictures of our new Santa's, but this computer stuff is way over my head! I do love looking at everyone's new carvings, and someday I might even learn how to post pictures (ha!). Thanks Nancy for providing the link to everyone, that was very nice.

WOW! Charlotte and Curtis that is one great piece! It may take him a while to get going Charlotte, but once he does he really GETS GOING!! The idea, his carving and your painting are awesome!! What an inspiration you both are to all of us!

Wow Rick, Curtis and I love your Santas... We just looked at it. ...Thanks Nancy for putting up the site.... Isn't Nancy a treasure... Yeh, Nancy, I said a treasure..... That means lot's of jewels.... lol She sure has helped us out... We wouldn't have been in Folkworks if it had not been for Miss Nancy.
