Default what price should i sell ornaments for

I have never sold any of my Christmas Onaments usually I give them away as gifts. I have had someone ask me what I would sell some of them for? I have no idea what price to ask for them. So I would appreciate any input and help on this.

DAdams, if you can afford it continue to give them as gifts. You will be paid later.

I agree with Mick, however, if you want an answer as far as possible price , you will need to share some photos so we know size and style of ornaments.

You know - sometimes people don't want to ask for something for free - offering to buy ornaments from someone should be met with a reasonable price for them. That way the recipient and the maker are both happy.
There is nothing wrong with selling your products. Those who want to give their stuff away can, but shouldn't tell others to give their products away too.

As for prices - the simple fretwork ornaments I make I sell for $4.50. Inlay and intarsia ornaments go for more. I think the most I've sold any at was $18.00.
Prices are determined by the cost of materials, the complexity of the design, and the lenghth of time it took to make.

I too sell my ornaments to strangers and gift to friends and family. I charge $4.00 or 3/10.00 for less ornate ones. The more ornate go up in price from there.
