Default Not quite a scroll saw project

Every year at our threshing banquet a member makes and donates a trunk that is raffled off. Well all the old wood workers have now died and I and another gentleman have received the call. The lumber is milled and finished at our show using antique equipment. The walnut trim is drop off that came from a 5 million dollar house project (the trim cost $8.00 per ft.) We are already designing next years trunk celebrating Case tractors.

Nice looking trunk. Are the top shelf boxes on pivots, or are they removable? What are the dimensions of the trunk?

No unfortunately, the gentleman who was in charge of that just used pieces of piano hinge. the shelves are not going to be of much use, just decoration.
