Default 'Tis The Season.....

Just wanted to let John know he's not the only one going bonkers, hehehehe. As I was cutting I came up with a little song to cut to.....
Tis the season
to cut ornaments
fa la la la la la la la la
prep the wood
attach the pattern
fa la la la la la la la la
sand them down
apply the finish
fa la la la la la la la la

Good, now I hope that gets stuck in at least a few of your heads too!

Hehehe Bob, nope, those aren't mine. I thought they were out of an old issue of SSWC? I just went into my copy files looking for ornaments and grabbed these. The originals are around somewhere though.

Most excellent, Kevin! My favorite is the ornament with the two doves. Very delicate cutting and you did a great job!

Hell Kevin, Read your post about 2 hours ago and now I can't stop humming that tune. The wife's confined me to the shop ( Hehehe ).
Nice looking ornaments, Beautifully cut. I've been cutting ornaments for about 2 weeks now and I'm having a break today to do some portraits. Will post some of my ornament pics when I get round to it.

OK, did some research. The 2-part ornaments, carousel horse, pegasus and butterflies are all Dirk Boelman designs (I think). The star of bethlehem and the crosses are mine. The doves are Jody Smith's (sparkyky).
