Question Zeba Wood

Mornin', Got my hand on a small piece of Zebra wood. 4x35x1. Any suggestions?

I use Zebra wood to make boxes.....it is a very gorgeous wood.

I used it to make my pistol grips, if you ask me it looks nice no matter what you do with it. It polishes up very nicely too.

Id say use it for anything except real fancy fretwork. The beauty of that grain kind of gets lost in fancy fretwork I think.

I have used zebra wood alot on the lathe for making boxes and bowls,did not find it too oily! Beautiful Wood!!!

I've used it to cut clocks of running horses. The grain makes it look like the horse is actually running!

Good score on the Zebrawood. I like turning pens with it and use it for jewelry boxes. It bookmatches nicely and finishes beautifully .
