I have a hotmail and a yahoo email account and never had a problem getting things from steve's good site...thanks steve

Dale... Today's Yahoo email delivery came through without a hitch, although there was not much to Steve's email. Maybe you are missing an update or need to install Java, Flash or Shockwave? Something is amiss.

Something definatly is amiss! The email message froze me up when I clicked on it like usual. I then opened up a new search window,and through Google, I typed in Steves blogspot, and was able to open it and look at the blogsite, WITHOUT it freezing up my computer. However, about 2/3 the pictures and other things didnt show up, but instead a tiny little square with a small red square, a green circle, and a blue triangle inside it appeared in its place. I know I have seen that symbol before, but Im not sure where.I know for sure Java is good on here, I use it in a couple chatrooms I frequent, and a couple other sites.So, yea, I am still puzzled. I dont know what flash or shockwave is, so maybe that is my trouble. Thanks for the help, sooner or later it'll be working if we keep plugging away at it.

You are missing some "plug-ins". I'm sure Bob will get you going.

I get Steve's newsletter through gmail and ran into a problem recently.... couldn't figure out why sometimes I'd get the pictures and other times just the dreaded little rectancle with the cross in it.
Started paying a bit more attention and figured it out... when you first click on the e-mail gmail tells you there are secur and unsecure items and if you want to open them.... if you click on no... you don't get the pictures.... clicking on yes.... all's well.....
Don't know if this simple thing helps with the other problems tho.
