I get inspired by the patterns in SSWC but find it hard to find the time to try all that I want. I finally got around to trying the relief duck in the Holliday 2008 issue by Dave Snyder. Here is my attempt. Ray |

Now that is a fine piece of work. The cutting and shaping look great! Love the wood you chose as well!

I know what you mean about too many patterns. I keep telling myself I won't buy anymore patterns until I cut the ones I have, but then something new comes out - and I just have to have it. Sometimes I think I'm more of a pattern collector than a scrollsawer |

Ray I don't know how I missed this thread....but I'm glad I found it. Thanks for posting the picture of the bevel cut goose! You did an excellent job on it.
