Now that is a really great tip. I have used the baking soda mixed with sawdust and titebond but never thought of the rest of it and had never heard of the color stain...... Thanks for sharing....

Another great filler is mixing sawdust with hide glue. Blends in perfectly and takes finish well.... Ralph |
